©2012 R.L. Delight, working drawing, 22"x40" |
It has been quite a busy time around here and I have been working away on the drawing to get it to this point. I am afraid I skipped a post or two. I plan to get a few extra posts saved in the near future so I can continue my twice a week posting even when things get crazy busy. The canvas is stretched and primed and ready to go along with a few more things in progress.
I have to finish by welcoming my newest grand-niece, Piper Grace to the world. We are all so glad you are safely here!

The drawing looks great! Onward! Congratulations on the new member of your family.
Oh this is going to be good! Can't wait until we see some pics of the paint hitting the canvas. Personally I love to see the working drawings, they tell so much about were an artist has been before the actual painting is all done and framed.
Thanks Dana, and thanks Theresa! Theresa, I am so glad you mentioned that you liked to see the work in progress. Another artist had asked if we thought it best to preserve the "mystery" of the artist or to share the process. You can probably guess what my answer was!
